Good to know
How can I pay?+
Bank transfer to our account at Example Bank. The account details and your payment reference appear when you choose it, and you upload your transfer receipt there.
Can I register now and pay later?+
Yes. Choose "Pay later" when you register and we email you a personal payment link. You have 7 days to pay. We send a reminder 3 days before the deadline. If the deadline passes without payment, the registration is cancelled and the spot goes back on sale.
Are places limited?+
Some packages have a limited number of places. Once you choose one, it is held for you while you finish paying, and the page shows how long you have.
Can I add activities?+
Yes, 2 optional activities are available while you register: Gala dinner, Workshop kit.
When do I get my ticket?+
Your ticket, with a QR code, arrives by email once your payment is confirmed. Show it on your phone at check-in and our team will scan it.
What do I need to register?+
A couple of minutes and these details: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Country.
